Serenity Woods Farm began with just a few animals and a big heart.
What started as the purchase of our first goats and pig quickly opened our eyes to a much greater need. We saw how many animals were overlooked, neglected, or had nowhere safe to land- and we knew we couldn't turn away. In 2016, that realization became reality, and Serenity Woods Farm was officially formed as a 501c3 animal rescue.
Here at the sanctuary, our focus has never been on numbers. Instead of saving as many animals as possible, we choose to provide the highest quality of care to the animals who call Serenity Woods Farm home. We believe every animal deserves space, safety, proper medical care, and the time it takes to truly heal- both physically and emotionally.
Because of that, we are intentional about remaining small and never overcrowded. Each animal here is known, loved, and treated as the individual they are- not just another rescue statistic. These aren't just animals to us; they are our babies, and their well-being always comes first.
Serenity Woods Farm is a place of second chances, quiet moments, and lives rebuilt with patience and compassion. We're honored to give these animals the peaceful, permanent home they deserve.
